If you need to add associated adults/children, please select "New Individual (Enter Info)" and enter the information for everyone covered by your membership.

Family Member	$139.00	Benefits for two adults and up to four children ages 2 to 18. Also includes 2 one-time use guest passes, which will be stored on the app with your digital membership cards.
Family Member with Caregiver	$167.00	Benefits for two adults and up to four children ages 2 to 18. Also includes 2 one-time use guest passes, which will be stored in the app with your digital membership cards. Caregiver must be named on the membership - please include your caregiver's name when purchasing your membership.
Family Experience Member	$179.00	Benefits for two adults, one unnamed guest, and up to ten dependent children (or grandchildren) ages 2-18. Also includes 4 one-time use movie passes, which will be stored on the app with your digital membership cards. Family Experience level includes one complimentary named caregiver. Please include that name during checkout. Family Experience members also receive reciprocal access to the North American Reciprocal Museum (NARM) Association, with FREE admission to more than 1,500 museums!

Family Dual Member	$285.00	Kentucky Science Center and Louisville Zoo membership benefits for two adults and up to 4 children ages 2 to 18. Also includes 2 one-time use guest passes to the Science Center and 2 one-time use guest passes to the Louisville Zoo.
Family Dual Member with Caregiver	$341.00	Kentucky Science Center and Louisville Zoo membership benefits for two adults and up to 4 children ages 2 to 18. Also includes 2 one-time use guest passes to the Science Center and 2 one-time use guest passes to the Louisville Zoo. Family Experience Dual Member	$425.00	Kentucky Science Center and Louisville Zoo membership benefits for two adults, one guest and up to 10 children ages 2 to 18. Also includes 4 one-time use movie passes, which will be stored on the app with your digital membership cards. Additional Zoo benefits: 6 guest passes, unlimited carousel rides, 1 Family Event pass, 2 Giraffe Feeds, 2 Lorikeet Feeds. Family Experience Dual includes one complimentary named caregiver.
